Once the pre-construction stage has passed, we estimate single storey builds to take 6-7 months from starting on site and double storey builds 6-9 months.

Urban Edge SA accept deposits as low as $1000.00 to get you started. Once contracts are signed a total deposit of $5000.00 may be required depending on contract prices.
